NYT Creative Leaders 2020-21 was the first year of the National Youth Theatre of GB & NI's arts facilitation training for 18-25-year-olds. Creative Leaders offered 32 NYT Members specialist training in facilitation, arts leadership, and inclusive practice while learning more about building a career in the theatre industry. This programme is specifically targeted at young people currently underrepresented in the arts. Read more about the programme here.
